Our Process Workflow

Receiving & Initial Inspection

Visual and dimensional check against drawings/specs before processing begins.

Manual Cleaning

Contaminant removal.

Racking & Fixturing

Secure jigging of components ensures uniform anodizing and electrical contact.

Degreasing

Dipping method followed by alkaline degreasing for oil.

Pre-Cleaning Tests

Water Break Test – ensures proper surface cleanliness before etching.

Etching & Deoxidizing

Alkaline etching removes oxide layers; deoxidizing brightens and prepares surface.

DM Water rinse

Here again Water break test shall be done & then Actaul process i.e. Sulphuric acid 0r hard anodizing & then Any required dye & then finally sealing will be carried.

Sealing

Hot water sealing or Sodium Dichromate sealing ensures corrosion resistance.

Final Rinse & Drying

Spray rinse with deionized water followed by clean air drying.

De-jigging & Final Inspection

Parts are removed, inspected visually and dimensionally post-anodizing.

Packing & Delivery

Final packaging with invoice, inspection reports, and delivery to the client.

Optional: Chemical Conversion Coating

For conductivity + corrosion protection:

  • Type 1: Alodine 1200S
  • Type 2: SurTec 650
